Terms of delivery

Online store
TELAKKA® (1960395-2) sells products and services to individuals of legal age and, with the consent of a guardian, also to those under the age of 18. Products are also sold to corporate, public administration and community customers who purchase merchandise for professional use in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered on the online store's website by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested when ordering will not be disclosed to third parties. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current delivery terms and conditions.
Payment methods
Products are paid for upon order. The following payment methods can be used in the online store: Osuuspankki (OP), Nordea, NordeaBusiness, Danske Bank, S-Pankki (S-Bank), POP Bank, Oma Säästöpankki (OmaSP), Aktia, Savings Bank, Ålandsbanken as well as debit and credit cards. You can also pay with Siirto, MobilePay and Apple Pay. Payment is made via Paytrail Oyj's website.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Online banks
The payment intermediary service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payments.
Delivery of orders
Delivery fee €5.90 (including VAT 25,5%). We reserve the right to offer free shipping at our discretion. We ship orders within 1-5 business days of receiving the order. We deliver orders via Posti or Matkahuolto as letters or packages, depending on the size of the order. Courier delivery times for deliveries inside Finland are 1-5 business days.The delivery fee is fixed and will not be refunded in the event of a product return. In the event of product exchanges, we will pay the shipping costs on behalf of the customer.
For international orders, shipping costs are determined by the address. International shipments are delivered through Finnish Post's partners.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. You will also receive a payment confirmation message from Paytrail, through which you can track the progress of the delivery. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.
Delivery method and costs
You can see the shipping costs for your order after you have selected your payment and delivery method.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are announced in connection with product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Any unusual delivery times will be announced on the online store's homepage.
Exchange and return conditions
The consumer customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to ordered printed or embroidered products. In the event of an exchange or return, please fill out the return form that came with the shipment and send it to us together with the returned products according to the shipping instructions provided. When requesting an exchange or return, please provide the following information in the feedback form:
- Order number (series of four numbers)
- Reason of exchange or return
- Products (product name, color, size), that you want to exchange or return
- Products (product name, color, size), which you hope to replace in exchange
Telakka handles all customer information with complete confidentiality.
If you return products, Telakka will refund the amount you paid for the products after receiving and inspecting the product(s). We will issue a refund via the payment system to the payment method you used for the purchase. In case of returns, the customer pays the shipping costs (€10.00).
Processing returns
If you return products, Telakka will refund the amount you paid for the products upon receipt of the product(s). The refund will be made via Paytrail to the card/account you used. If the product is not in acceptable condition or shows signs of use, we will not issue a refund.

Product reviews
Reviews are collected by sending a review request to customers via email two weeks after the order is processed. Reviews created via email review request are marked with a ‘’✔ Verified’’-mark. These reviews are created by verified customers.
The customer can also leave a review directly through the product page. These reviews will not automatically be marked with the ‘‘✔ Verified’’-mark. However, we may add a verification-mark if we are able to identify the customer, for example through an email left with the review.
The customer's review is checked to be appropriate and accepted by Telakka's personnel before publication. Telakka does not have to publish reviews that are not related to the product or are inappropriate. We do not accept advertising, bashing, hate speech, racism, or content that violates copyrights. You can write a review in Finnish or English. We do not publish reviews in other languages. If you believe that any customer-generated review/content violates these rules, you can report it to: help@telakka.com.
Writing a review is voluntary. Customers are not compensated for writing a review. Writing a review requires a star rating, a short verbal description, first name/nickname, and email. Submitting photos or videos with a review is optional. By submitting a review and a photo or video for the review, you give Telakka permission to publish them in its online store and on other channels and media, and you have ensured that there are no other people in the photo/video than yourself. The shipyard has the right to publish or not publish any images or videos on its website. Telakka also reserves the right to remove or not publish reviews, for example in the event that the reviewed product is removed from the selection or we cannot verify that the review was made by a real customer.
A customer can request that their review is hidden from Telakka's pages by sending a removal request to Telakka's email, help@telakka.com, using the same email address used to submit the review.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return terms within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made immediately to the post office or the shipping company in question.
If a dispute regarding a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the local register office's consumer advice service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
Service provider's responsibility:
- Telakka is responsible for all content presented in Telakka's online store (images, texts, product prices).
- Telakka is responsible for ensuring that all content (images, etc.) presented in the online store complies with Finnish law.
- Telakka has all rights to change, update and correct the content and/or rules of the online store without separate notice to users.
- Telakka is not responsible for incorrect information about Telakka provided by services or companies outside Telakka.
- Telakka does not disclose the information it collects to maintain the online store to third parties.
- If necessary, Telakka may cancel the order or refuse customer service. Abuse is always reported to the authorities
- Telakka is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen circumstance or change in circumstances that is beyond Telakka's control and which Telakka cannot reasonably overcome.
User responsibility:
- The user must meet the requirements stated in the order and delivery terms and conditions.
- The user agrees to use the Telakka online store in accordance with the online store's instructions.
- The user provides truthful information about themselves in the online store registration form and changes any incorrect information without delay.
- The user accepts the terms and conditions of order and delivery.
- The user accepts the changes made to their customer account by Telakka.
- The user is responsible for any consequences arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted material of Telakka and its partners.
Intellectual property rights of Telakka's online store:
All products, collections, and image and text materials (product images, texts, videos, logos, tables) presented in the Telakka online store are the property of Telakka and/or its partners. Unauthorized use or copying of copyrighted products, collections, and image and text material is prohibited. Finnish law applies to the resolution of disputes in the event of copyright infringement.
