How long is the processing time for orders?
We process orders at least once a week and orders take a maximum of 5 business days to process from the date of order.

How long does it take to deliver orders?
Orders are delivered by Matkahuolto, which has a delivery time of 1-3 business days for domestic deliveries.

Can I try the product and return it?
You can try the products and return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The order will include exchange and return instructions for orders. We charge 10€ for returns, exchanges are free.

How much does it cost to exchange or return a product?
All orders come with free shipping. Returns are free, but we charge a €10 fee for refunds.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
We can edit the delivery address before the package has been handed over to Matkahuolto. You can request a change of address by contacting us by email at help@telakka.com

How do I return or exchange a product?
Instructions for returns and exchanges will also be included with the order. You can return or exchange the product(s) using the return code 9551097. The return shipping has been paid for you. Product exchange is free of charge. Returning a product has a fee of 10.00€. Please write the code visibly on the package along with the word "ASIAKASPALAUTUS". Please also include the original shipping list as is and a return/exchange form stating the product you wish to return and the size and color you would like to replace it with. You can take the package to the nearest Matkahuolto service point (not to a machine).

The product I want is not available. When will it be available again?
We manufacture products in as large batches as possible to keep our products as affordable and environmentally friendly as possible. We therefore expect that a product will need to be manufactured in as many different sizes as possible before we produce more. This can prolong restocking of some products.

Do you also sell to private individuals?
Yes. You can order Telakka products as a private individual from our online store.

Can I come to your showroom and try on the clothes?
Telakka products can be fitted in our showroom by making an appointment during office hours. We are not always at the showroom, so you can make an appointment by emailing help@telakka.com
