Exchange and return terms

We hope you love the products you ordered. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products and service. Consumer customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The right to exchange and return does not apply to customized products, for example printed and/or embroidered products. In the event of an exchange or return, please fill out the return form that came with the shipment and send it to us together with the returned products according to the shipping instructions provided. When requesting an exchange or return, please provide the following information in the feedback form:

  • Order number (series of four numbers)
  • Reason of exchange or return
  • Products (product name, color, size), that you want to exchange or return
  • Products (product name, color, size), which you hope to replace in exchange

Telakka handles all customer information with complete confidentiality.

Return

If you return products, Telakka will refund the amount you paid for the products after receiving and inspecting the product(s). We will issue a refund via the payment system to the payment method you used for the purchase. In case of returns, the customer pays the shipping costs (€10.00).

Exchange

If you exchange products, Telakka will send you a replacement product after receiving and inspecting the product. In case of exchange, Telakka will pay the shipping costs.

Return code

You can return or exchange the product(s) using the return code 9551097. The return shipping has been paid for you. Product exchange is free of charge. Returning a product has a fee of 10.00€. Please write the code visibly on the package along with the word "CUSTOMER RETURN". Please also include the original shipping list as is and a return/exchange form stating the product you wish to return and the size and color you would like to replace it with. You can take the package to the nearest Matkahuolto service point (not to a machine).
